La utilización de estos bienes importados para fines o en lugares distintos de los previstos legalmente, originará la imposición de sanciones equivalentes a trescientos por ciento (300%) de los impuestos que dejaron de percibirse y cuando fuese indispensable, el decomiso del bien para cancelar con el producto de su venta parte de tal sanción.
