- ANEXOS. El proyecto de ordenanza para la creación de un municipio se presentará acompañado de una exposición de motivos que incluirá como anexos los estudios, certificaciones y demás documentos que acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la ley, así como el mapa preliminar del territorio del municipio que se pretende crear (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 15).
