Artículo 3º Legalízanse los gastos hechos por la Tesorería de la Canalización del río Magdalena y sus afluentes, imputables al capítulo 66, Navegación Fluvial, personal y material, de la liquidación general del Presupuesto Nacional de gastos para la vigencia de 1922, que asciende a la cantidad de $ 13,186 20, gsatos emanados de las Resoluciones del Ministerio de Obras Públicas durante el citado año, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en Leyes 18 de 1907, artículo 14, y 33 de 1913, artículo 5º
