Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1949 la autorización que por la Ley 74 de1944, articulo 1°, se dio a los Municipios de Sincelejo y de Montería para organizar y efectuar conjuntamente un sorteo extraordinario de lotería, hasta por la suma de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000.00).
