Modifícase la definición contenida en el numeral 1.16 del artículo 1° del Decreto 1404 de 2005, la cual quedará así: "1.16 Precio mínimo de las acciones : Es el precio de suscripción de cada una de las Acciones que se ofrecerán en la Segunda Emisión y que se determinará tomando el Precio Fijo actualizado con base en la inflación certificada por el Departamento Nacional de Estadística, DANE, según la metodología que se defina en el Programa de Fundación".
