Art. 185. El tabaco útil declarado de contrabando por el jefe de la oficina en donde se haya presentado, se dará inmediatamente a la venta publica según su clase, si la dilijencia de aprehensión se hubiere hecho en algún estanco o estanquillo; o se remitirá a las oficinas de espendio para el mismo fin, si la aprehensión se hubiere hecho en alguna factoría o administración, el tabaco inútil se dará al fuego.
