En los casos de concierto voluntario, los padres o tutores tienen la obligación de no retirar a sus concertados antes de un año, y si cumplido este, el concertado no estuviere suficientemente corregido a juicio del Consejo Disciplinario del establecimiento, podrá ser detenido en el hasta por seis meses más.
