La totalidad de las divisas provenientes de exportaciones deberá reintegrarse al Banco de la República. No obstante lo prescrito en este artículo, la Junta Monetaria podrá disponer, en caso de regímenes especiales de exportación que parte del reintegro se destine a cubrir obligaciones en moneda extranjera del propio exportador. En tal caso, el Banco de la República tomará de los reintegros respectivos las sumas necesarias para efectuar los giros correspondientes en nombre del exportador.
