º Precio. Las acciones objeto del presente programa de venta tendrán en las siguientes condiciones de precio

Las acciones que se ofrezcan de acuerdo con el numeral primero del artículo 3º del presente Decreto: a un precio fijo de mil cincuenta pesos ($1.050) cada una.

Las acciones que se vendan de acuerdo con el numeral segundo del artículo 3º del presente Decreto a un precio base de mil cincuenta pesos ($1.050) cada una.
