Ventanilla preferencial. Los beneficiarios –única y exclusivamente– en condición de discapacidad, es decir, los que señala expresa y taxativamente el numeral 2 del artículo 2° de la Ley 1699 de 2013 al acercarse a las ventanillas de atención al ciudadano de las entidades que presten servicios públicos, podrán utilizar bien sea una nueva ventanilla que estas dispongan para ellos, de ser el caso; o las ya existentes y que son de uso preferencial para personas con discapacidad, mujeres embarazadas y personas de la tercera edad (o adultos mayores), en general.
