Fíjense los cómputos del Presupuesto de Rentas e Ingresos del Tesoro de la nación para la vigencia fiscal del 1º de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1964, en la cantidad de tres mil novecientos diez y siete millones ciento setenta y cinco mil trescientos ochenta y ocho pesos ($3.917.175.388) moneda legal, según los pormenores siguientes y descompuestos por numerales, así:
