Los herederos, de acuerdo con las leyes civiles, de loa Oficíales, Suboficiales y Agentes que fallezcan estando en goce de la pensión de jubilación, tendrán derecho a percibir, por dos años, la pensión de que venían disfrutando los fallecidos.
