Funciones del Agregador de la Alerta Rosa. La Secretaría Ejecutiva de la Alerta Rosa, en su rol de agregador de Alertas deberá cumplir las funciones establecidas en el artículo 14.1.3 1. de la Resolución CRC 6141 de 2021 compilada en el Título XIV de la Resolución CRC 5050 de 2016 emitida por la Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones o demás normas que la sustituyan, modifiquen o adicionen. Parágrafo: El agregador solo podrá transmitir las alertas que reciba de la Autoridad de Activación.
