Deber de Asesoría para la contratación de la renta vitalicia. De conformidad con lo previsto en el literal b) del artículo 60 de la Ley 100 de 1993, las sociedades administradoras del régimen de ahorro individual con solidaridad, respecto de sus afiliados y beneficiarios, deberán prestar la asesoría necesaria para la contratación de la renta vitalicia, para cuyo efecto deberán aplicar el procedimiento previsto en el presente capítulo.
