Distribución de los recursos para la Promoción de la Salud. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 14 del presente Decreto, el valor equivalente al punto de la cotización será distribuido por las Entidades Promotoras de Salud de la siguiente manera

Hasta el siete por ciento (7%), en compañas de educación, información y fomento de la salud, a sus afiliados.

El noventa y tres por ciento (93%) restante, en actividades de promoción de la salud y prevención de la enfermedad que el Ministerio de Salud defina mediante Resolución.
