Modifícase el artículo 298 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 298 . Solicitud de autorización de embarque y declaración correspondiente. La solicitud de autorización embarque y la declaración correspondiente, se tramitarán en la forma prevista en este decreto para la exportación definitiva, como embarque único con datos definitivos, salvo en el caso de la exportación de mercancías en consignación, las cuales podrán tramitarse con datos provisionales".
