Usuario Altamente Exportador. Se entiende por Usuario Altamente Exportador la persona jurídica que haya sido reconocida e inscrita como tal por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos señalados en este Decreto.
