Después que el Superintendente haya tomado posesión de los haberes y negocios de tal establecimiento bancario, hará un inventario por duplicado de su activo. Archivará un ejemplar de éste en su oficina y el otro lo destinará al protocolo de la Notaria del Circuito en donde esté situada la Oficina principal de los negocios de dicho establecimiento.
