supplements Artículo 81 A CODIGO SUSTANTIVO DEL TRABAJO de 1951supplements decreto 2663/50

Adiciónese el artículo 81A del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, el cual quedará así:

“ Artículo 81A. Internos de medicina. Los estudiantes de medicina que cumplan con los requisitos de admisión para realizar el internado médico obligatorio conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 14 de 1962 o la norma que la modifique o la sustituya recibirán remuneración mensual que no podrá ser inferior a un salario mínimo durante el tiempo que dura el Internado Obligatorio Rotatorio el cual será pagado por la Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES).

En vigencia del internado médico el estudiante de medicina estará afiliado al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral. Las cotizaciones a los Sistemas de Seguridad Social Integral se realizarán sobre un ingreso base de cotización correspondiente a un (1) Salario Mínimo Legal Mensual Vigente (SMLMV)”.
