El uso del uniforme es obligatorio para todos los actos del servicio. El traje civil podrá usarse fuera del cuartel, oficinas o establecimientos militares con permiso del Comandante del Cuerpo de tropas, Comandante de la División o Brigada, Jefe del Instituto, etc.; según el caso, salvo circunstancias especiales que impidan al Oficial obtener oportunamente la respectiva autorización.
