Art. 261. El rejistro de los equipajes solo se llevará a efecto cuando el Administrador tenga fundadas sospechas de que contienen efectos que deben pagar derechos. Pero si el interesado no quisiera sujetarse al rejistro, se prescindirá de esta formalidad i se cobrarán derechos sobre el total del peso como si fuesen efectos de última clase.
