De la calidad de persona jurídicas. De conformidad con la Ley 10 de 1990, la existencia como personas jurídicas de las fundaciones o instituciones de utilidad común y asociaciones o corporaciones sin ánimo de lucro que presten servicios de salud, se prueba con el acto de autoridad competente que legalmente le reconoce tal calidad.
