Decreto 2503 de 2005 · por el cual se reglamenta la causal de contratación directa del literal k) del numeral 1 del artículo 24 de la Ley 80 de 1993.

º . Certificado de disponibilidad presupuestal . Para efectos de determinar la cuantía del correspondiente certificado de disponibilidad presupuestal, las entidades deberán tener en cuenta además del valor del contrato de comisión, el del contrato que por cuenta suya celebrará el comisionista a través de la bolsa.

Parágrafo

No se podrá ejecutar el respectivo contrato de comisión sin la acreditación por parte de la entidad estatal comitente, de la existencia del respectivo certificado de disponibilidad presupuestal de conformidad con lo previsto en el presente artículo.
