En el caso de que el comprado determine dejar en depósito la mercancía o en la liásico adjudicada, deberá celebrar el contrato respectivo con la Zona, y no podrá extraerla sin cubrir los créditos mue por cualquier concepto tenga en su contra la administración de la Zona. Si la mercancía, rematada se destina al ruso o consumo en el país deberá pagar los derechos aduaneros si fuere ella.
