En los procesos civiles administrativos y laborales y en las actuaciones de índole civil dentro de los procesos penales, la designación de los peritos, secuestres, partidores, liquidadores, curadores ad litem, contadores, agrimensores, síndicos, intérpretes y traductores, cuyo nombramiento correspondan al Juez, se hará siempre por éste o por el Magistrado sustanciador, según el caso, dentro de la lista oficial de auxiliares y colaboradores de la justicia.
