En atención a la clasificación establecida en la presente Ley, se obligará a cada establecimiento a fijar en lugar visible para el público la respectiva categoría. Igualmente, el Ministerio de Salud Pública por intermedio de sus organismos auxiliares, vigilará el estricto cumplimiento de dicha clasificación.
