De la autorización para delegar . El Presidente de la República podrá delegar en las autoridades a que se refiere el artículo anterior, la facultad de celebrar contratos en cuantía inferior a cincuenta millones de pesos ($ 50.000.000.00) o a cinco millones de dólares estadinenses (US$ 5.000.000.00) o su equivalente en otras monedas extranjeras.
