ARTICULO 110 . Mesada pensional de navidad. A partir del presente decreto, los exalumnos de las escuelas de formación que se encuentren en goce de pensión, tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público se les pague una mesada de navidad igual a la pensión que hayan devengado el 30 de noviembre del respectivo año, la que debe pagarse en la primera quincena del mes de diciembre.
