ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.10 . REMATE DE BIENES DADOS EN PRENDA. Todo establecimiento bancario gozará de la siguiente concesión: Si transcurridos veinte (20) días después de vencido el plazo de una obligación garantizada con prenda, el deudor no hubiere cancelado, podrá el banco, previo aviso al deudor, hacer rematar la prenda en un martillo, debiendo entregar al prestatario lo que sobre, deducido del producto del remate el capital, intereses y gastos.
