Asignaciones mensuales . Las asignaciones mensuales de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, serán determinadas por las, disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.

Parágrafo

Salvo los, casos previstos en el artículo.74 de este estatuto o en otras normas, legales específicas, ningún Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional podrá recibir, por razón del desempeño de sus funciones, sueldos, primas, bonificaciones o cualquiera otra clase de remuneraciones de entidades oficiales del orden nacional, departamental o municipal.
