Objeto. Establecer los órganos de gobierno y administración del Patrimonio Autónomo Fondo Pactos de que trata el artículo 279 de la Ley 2294 de 2023, así como su funcionamiento y los aspectos necesarios para su financiamiento. Dicho Patrimonio Autónomo administrará y ejecutará los recursos del Fondo Regional para los Pactos Territoriales.
