El funcionario abrirá por si mismo la correspondencia y después de leerla para si, apartará la que haga referencia a los hechos que se investiguen y cuya conservación considere necesaria.
La correspondencia, que no se relacione con los hechos que se investiguen será entregada en el acto a la persona a quien corresponda.
