ARTICULO 11. Director General. - La Representación Legal de la Corporación y las funciones relacionadas con su organización y funcionamiento, que no estén expresamente atribuidas al Consejo Directivo o a otra autoridad, estarán a cargo del Director General quien tendrá el carácter de agente del Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción. Las vacancias temporales del Director General se sujetarán a lo establecido por las normas legales.
