El Alcalde del Distrito Especial y los Alcaldes Municipales notificarán las disposiciones del artículo 1° de la Ley 14 de 1979 y los artículos 2° y 7° de este Decreto a todas las personas o establecimientos a quienes se refieren dichas normas. Los interesados tendrán un término de sesenta (60) días, a partir de la fecha de la comunicación respectiva, para comprobar que las denominaciones que usan se hallan debidamente registradas o incluidas en algunas de las excepciones establecidas en el artículo 3° de este Decreto.
