Los educadores oficiales que trabajen en los departamentos creados en el artículo 309 de la Constitución Política, o en áreas rurales de difícil acceso o poblaciones apartadas, determinadas previamente por las Juntas Seccionales de Escalafón, y refrendadas por la Junta Nacional de Escalafón recibirán durante los meses de labor académica un auxilio mensual de movilización, a partir del 1º de enero de 1995, de seis mil novecientos cinco pesos ($6.905) moneda corriente.
