El Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, el Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos, la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero y la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros coadyuvarán en la financiación del Instituto Nacional de Financiamiento Cooperativo, y para tal efecto podrán hacer aportes especiales representados o no en certificados de aportación del Instituto.
