Art. 1. El pago do suministros y empréstitos que deben ser a cargo del Tesoro de la República, correspondientes á su época de rebelión recién terminada, presupone la presentación, auto el Gobierno del Estado respectivo, de solicitud debidamente comprobada dentro de seis meses que re contarán desde la fecha del presente decreto.
