Priorización de Proyectos Elegibles. La Unidad de Planeación Minero-Energética, UPME, establecerá el orden de prioridad de los proyectos elegibles para que estos puedan acceder a la cofinanciación con recursos provenientes del Fondo Especial Cuota de Fomento, con base en lo establecido en el artículo 2.2.2.5.13. del presente decreto.

Parágrafo

La Unidad de Planeación Minero-Energética, UPME, realizará trimestralmente la priorización de proyectos elegibles y los presentará al Ministerio de Minas y Energía para su visto bueno.
