La presente ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga los artículos 11 a 25 de la Ley 13 de 1991 , los artículos 48 a 54 y 99 de la Ley 101 de 1993 y las Leyes 160 de 1994; 41 de 1993, 4ª de 1973; 200 de 1936, salvo los artículos 20, 21, 22 y 23, con las modificaciones efectuadas por la Ley 100 de 1944 ; el artículo 5° de la Ley 301 de 1996 , el Decreto-ley 1300 de 2003 con excepción de los artículos 1° y 8°, y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
