Las propiedades de los campesinos a que se refiere esta ley, en cuanto su valor no exceda de mil lentos pesos ($ 1.500.00) después de que se haya construido la vivienda de acuerdo con las disposiciones precedentes, no serán gravadas por el impuesto predial mientras vigente el crédito de amortización gradual respectivo.
