Art. 4.° La Academia dictará, dentro de los cuarenta primeros dias posteriores al de su instalacion, los reglamentos económicos que estime convenientes para el arreglo i distribucion de sus trabajos. Estos reglamentos se someterán a la aprobacion del Poder Ejecutivo nacional.
