La comisión de faltas leves dará lugar a la aplicación de las sanciones disciplinarias contempladas en los ordinales a), b) y c) del artículo anterior, y/o a la suspensión hasta por diez (10) días sin derecho a remuneración. Las faltas graves pueden dar lugar a suspensión por más de diez (10) días sin derecho a remuneración, o a destitución, según lo determine el presente decreto.
