El valor de los sueldos devengados durante el último año, se comprobará por medio de certificado expedido por el respectivo Pagador, en el cual debe constar la cuantía exacta de los descuentos que le fueron hechos de acuerdo con lo establecido por el ordinal c) del artículo 7° de la ley 71 de 1945, y por el ordinal b) del artículo 6° de la Ley 95 de 1946.
