Lo dispuesto en el artículo 64 de la Ley 488 de 1998 igualmente será aplicable al asfalto y a los materiales pétreos que intervienen y se utilicen específicamente en el proceso de incorporación o transformación necesarios para producir mezclas asfálticas o de concreto y en la venta de asfalto, mezcla asfáltica o materiales pétreos.
