En concordancia con el artículo 163 del, Decreto- ley 294 de 1973, los ordenadores primarios que contravengan las disposiciones contempladas en la presente Ley, serán responsables de los perjuicios que por ello sufra la Nación; la Contraloría General de la República abrirá el juicio de cuentas respectivo y remitirá el expediente a las autoridades competentes.
