Las entidades beneficiaries del Fondo Nacional del Pasivo Prestacional del Sector Salud, una vez suscritos los contratos de concurrencia, dispondrán de 15 días hábiles para remitir a la Dirección General de Descentralización y Desarrollo Territorial del Ministerio de Salud, la información correspondiente a los fondos de cesantías legalmente constituidos, a los cuales se encuentren afiliados los trabajadores beneficiarios del Fondo Nacional del Pasivo Prestacional del Sector Salud.
