Planes de Expansión. En la elaboración del Plan Energético Nacional, el Plan de Expansión de Referencia y el Plan Indicativo de Expansión de Cobertura de Energía Eléctrica, la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética, UPME, deberá considerar criterios de respuesta de la demanda.
