Objetivos De La Red De Observatorios De Derechos Humanos Y Derecho Internacional Humanitario

Objetivos de la Red de Observatorios de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario. El objetivo central de la Red de Observatorios consistirá en realizar intercambio y articulación de información, metodologías y análisis estructurales y coyunturales sobre violaciones de derechos humanos e infracciones al Derecho Internacional Humanitario, con el fin de que sirvan de insumo para la toma de decisiones en materia de prevención, protección y garantías de no repetición. Una vez constituida la Red de Observatorios, esta definirá su plan de trabajo anualmente.
