Art. 1.° La cañonera "La Popa" tendrá el siguiente personal con los sueldos bienales que se expresan, a saber: Un Comandante, hasta $ 12,000 Un Oficial Ejecutivo, hasta 4,800 Un Segundo Oficial, hasta 2,400 Dos Pilotos, hasta $ 1,440 cada uno 2.880 Un Marinero en Jefe, hasta 1,200 Cinco Marinero, hasta $ 600 cada uno 3,000 Un Primer Ingeniero, hasta 6,000 Un Segundo Ingeniero, hasta 4,320 Un Tercer Ingeniero, hasta 2,880 Un Aceitero, hasta 1,160 Tres Candeleros, hasta $ 1,680 cada uno 5,040 Un Cocinero, hasta 1,920 Un Sirviente, hasta 960 Un Mayordomo, hasta 720 Un Práctico, hasta 1,920 Un Artillero, hasta 1,440 Estos sueldos regirán desde la fecha en que empezó á cumplirse el contrato celebrado con la actual tripulación de la Cañonera, y en ellos queda incluido el cambio de moneda para aquellos empleados que á él tengan derecho.
