Son funciones de la Sección de "Registro de Capitales Extranjeros" a) Revisar y aprobar las licencias que se presenten por conducto de la División. de Inversiones de la Oficina de Cambios del Banco de la República; b).Practicar Visitas periódicas a las distintas sucursales de la Oficina de Cambios del Banco de la República con el fin de apreciar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales que regulan los giros por concepto de los numerales que controla; y c). Las demás que le asigne el Jefe de la División. Sección de Cuenta Especial de Cambios.
